Pack your goggles with your gym kit. AllSports Arena in Al Quoz, Dubai, brings a light-filled, 6,000 sq ft gym and an Olympic-standard outdoor lap pool into one training spot.
Your Privilee membership includes gym and outdoor lap pool access, seven days a week. You can come for a strength session, get your lengths in or make time for both, with complimentary parking and changing rooms for getting ready afterwards.
Inside the gym at AllSports Arena
The gym sits on the mezzanine level, with lift access and views across the pool and sports arena. It’s a mixed-gender, open-gym setup, with space for strength, cardio and functional training.
PRIMAL equipment includes cable machines, Smith machines and pin-loaded resistance machines. Four squat racks overlook the swimming pool, while the free weights area has mirrors, benches and dumbbells up to 50kg.
For cardio, there are 23 pieces of equipment, including nine Woodway treadmills, StairMasters, bikes and ellipticals. The equipment overlooks the sports arena, giving you something beyond a screen to look at between efforts.
The functional training area has SkiErgs, kettlebells, wall balls, resistance bands, mats and foam rollers. You can build your own session around your training plans.

Outdoor lap swimming in Al Quoz
The Olympic-standard outdoor lap pool gives you a place to focus on your swimming, with Privilee access to lanes 6, 7 and 8. These lanes are shared with other venue members.
The pool has a stainless-steel finish and reaches a maximum depth of two metres. It’s open from 6am to 10pm, so you can fit in an early swim or head over after work.
Remember to bring your own swimming towel. Towels are not provided in the poolside changing rooms.
Training for a triathlon?
Having a gym and outdoor lap pool in the same venue gives you a useful base for strength and swim sessions. Work through your gym programme upstairs, then head outside for your lengths.
You don’t need a race in the diary to make use of both. It works just as well for getting back into swimming or adding a pool session to your usual gym week.
Changing rooms and the details that help
There are separate men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers and lockers. The upstairs changing rooms beside the gym also have complimentary towels and hanging space for your clothes.

Water machines and a phone-charging station are available in the gym. Bring a refillable bottle, plus your swimwear and swimming towel if the pool is part of your plan.

AllSports Arena is in Al Quoz, Dubai, with complimentary parking for Privilee Members.
The gym opens daily from 6am to midnight. The outdoor swimming pool opens daily from 6am to 10pm.
