This Privacy Policy explains how Privilee DMCC (“Privilee”, “we”, and “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the website privilee.ae, and other websites including but not limited to sub domains of Privilee (“Websites”), the Privilee App (“App”), and the Privilee Membership. The Website, App, and Privilee Membership is later referred to as the “Services”.
It applies to the information we collect when registering, installing, accessing, or using our Services. By doing so, you agree to have read and understood this Privacy Policy, and consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein.

Privilee is a lifestyle membership platform that provides access to lifestyle, fitness, and wellness experiences. Through the Privilee App and Website, members can enjoy exclusive access to partner venues, including gyms, beach clubs, restaurants, and family-friendly destinations (collectively “Venues”).
We operate in multiple countries, where we partner with third-party operators to deliver these experiences. While we facilitate access to such Venues, we do not own, operate, or control them. Our role is to provide you with a convenient, digital membership platform through which you can access and manage your Privilee benefits.
The collected information can include, but is not limited to personally identifiable information, and information about your use of our Services. Examples of data we collect are as follows.
We collect general information that does not personally identify you. This may include your IP address, pixel tags, cookies, information about the App, browser and operating system details, device identifiers, as well as performance and diagnostic data (such as usage patterns). You may manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. We also record details of when and how you access and use our Services. In addition, we monitor usage of our Services to help us improve and enhance them.
We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us for deletion.
We may provide services in cooperation with third parties. Any personal information you share with those third parties may be transferred to us to enable the provision of such services. We will collect and process this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate security measures, procedures, and practices to safeguard the personal information we collect and process about you. Our systems are regularly monitored for potential vulnerabilities and unauthorized access. Nevertheless, no method of transmission or storage of data can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot warrant the absolute security of information you provide to us.
Privilee collects and uses your information to operate, improve, and personalise our Services. We may use the information as follows, but not limited to:
Privilee implement appropriate measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Your information will only be disclosed by us in the following circumstances:
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulation, e.g. tax and accounting requirements. Once these purposes no longer apply, we will delete or anonymise the data. Where immediate deletion is not possible, e.g. due to secure backup systems, we will restrict processing and storage of the data until deletion becomes feasible.
If a Member chooses to switch their Membership to another country within the App in order to access our Services there, the personal data associated with your Membership will be transferred to and processed in that country. This transfer is necessary to ensure a seamless experience and to enable our Services in the new location. By using your Membership in another country, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. If it gets updated, a revised date of “last updated” will be found on the first page of this document. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Private Policy, you must stop using our Services. It is your sole responsibility to review this Privacy Policy regularly.
