Aysha
Beachside daycays have become my weekend ritual at this point - an effortless plan that never fails.
We asked Aysha, Privilee Business Associate and the go-to guru in the office for all things beachy and poolside, to share the spots that have made it into her regular rotation. Here are her current obsessions, and why you might want to do the same.
Soluna Restaurants & Beach Club
This quiet spot on The Palm is ideal for when you're in need of a sea breeze and looking to switch off. I go here for solo recharge days or relaxing catch-ups with a friend.
📍Palm Jumeirah

Ula, Ras Al Khaimah
When it’s time to get out of the city, Ula RAK always delivers. With its relaxed, natural vibe and seriously good food and drinks, it’s an easy choice for a weekend that feels like a proper break.
Tip: Stay for lunch and sundowners - everything is fresh, seasonal, and designed for sharing.
📍Mövenpick Resort, Al Marjan Island

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort
For weekends spent with my nieces, this one’s hard to beat. Multiple pools, direct beach access, and a peaceful. The Thai-inspired resort is ideal when you’re looking for somewhere that works for everyone. There’s enough variety to keep kids happy while still giving adults a moment to unwind.
📍Palm Jumeirah

Bar Du Port, Ras Al Khaimah
The newest reason to make the drive out of Dubai. This adults-only beach club on Hayat Island brings Mediterranean dining, an infinity pool, and beach cabanas together in one seriously chic setting – the kind of place that turns a lazy lunch into sunset drinks without you noticing the hours pass.
Tip: Arrive before 12pm and let the day build itself – pool time, lunch, then golden hour drinks.
📍Hayat Island, Mina, Ras Al Khaimah

GITANO, Dubai
J1's most talked–about beach club, and for good reason. Jungle-inspired decor, disco balls, and a bold Mexican menu make this the spot for lounging by day and dancing under neon by night. The Ceremonia Night Brunch on Saturdays is the one to know about.
📍J1 Beach, Dubai

Ilios Beach Club, Abu Dhabi
Set on Al Hudayriyat Island with front-row views of Surf Abu Dhabi, Ilios brings a calmer, Greek–Mediterranean energy to the capital. Between the glassy infinity pool, the shisha lounge upstairs, and Nalu's sushi bar next door, it's easy to stay far longer than you planned.
📍Al Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi

Whether you’re in the mood for a full-day reset or a simple poolside afternoon, these picks offer something for every kind of weekend. Tried, tested, and officially part of the Privilee team rotation, you might just find your new favourite.
