Three formats. One hybrid mindset.
Strength is your heavy lift session, focused on progressive loading and, yes, gains.
Conditioning raises the intensity with rowers, skis, bikes and weighted barbell and dumbbell work to build engine and endurance.
Strength & Conditioning combines both in a hybrid format that develops power, engine and consistent progression.

SYCLE
Two ride formats. Same energy. All the vibes.
Sycle is rhythm-led with light choreography and steady endurance work. Built around the beat, designed to flow.
Power keeps it simpler and heavier on resistance. Fewer moves, more grind.

SWEAT
Run-focused. Performance-driven. Choose from three 50-minute formats: Endurance, Sprint and HYROX.
Endurance builds aerobic capacity with steady efforts and paced recoveries.
Sprint is interval-led, designed to improve speed and power.
HYROX combines treadmill intervals with functional strength for a true hybrid conditioning session.
Classes are available from 6am to 7.45pm on weekdays. On weekends, join classes from 8am to 12.15pm on Saturday and 8am to 5.45pm on Sunday.
