BUILD
Strength-focused sessions built around controlled movement and progressive loading. Expect a slower, more deliberate pace with an emphasis on form, technique, and getting stronger week by week.
ENGINE
Conditioning-led training designed to raise heart rate, build endurance, and improve overall work capacity. These sessions are about efficiency, stamina, and leaving feeling accomplished.
FUSION
A balanced blend of strength and conditioning. Ideal for Members who want a well-rounded session that challenges different areas of fitness.
How the schedule works:
60-minute classes
Weekdays from 7am to 6pm
Weekend morning classes only
