The space

Focused, sleek, equipped.

Expect a floor for strength, cardio, and hybrid training with black and grey interiors, clean lines, and an industrial edge without excess. A performance gym in Al Quoz that looks exactly how it trains – focused and considered.

The layout is deliberate. Squat racks when you need them, a sled track, SkiErgs and rowers, Assault Runners, CO2 bikes, and an Echo Bike. Not forgetting the sandbags, ropes, and GENEJACK bands for strength and mobility. LIFTDEX weights range from 5kg to 30kg, and kettlebells from 12kg to 32kg. It’s functional and hybrid equipment chosen for progression.

The classes

Each day has a defined focus. You know what you’re walking into, and why it matters.

All levels are welcome, so you can choose based on your routine and goals, and work alongside expert, supportive coaches to guide you through the class.

ENGINE

Conditioning with intent. Sustainable output. Repeatable effort. Ergs, weighted work and mixed-modality intervals designed to build stamina and work capacity.

UPPER FOCUS

Strength-led training for chest, back, shoulders and arms. Controlled compound lifts with precision coaching, finished with a sharp conditioning block.

LOWER FOCUS

Squats, hinges, lunges and unilateral work to build strength, stability and resilience. Expect progression and proper mechanics.

FULL BODY

Strength first. Conditioning to finish. Compound lifts paired with a short, focused finisher to elevate heart rate without compromising form.

HYROX (60 mins)

Structured HYROX conditioning classes in Dubai designed to build a serious engine. Running intervals, sled work, carries and functional movements – paced with intent.

HYROX (75 mins – Sundays)

An extended Sunday session for those who want more. Familiar HYROX movements tested through varied formats and longer efforts. Demanding, purposeful, rewarding.

Mobility

A dedicated 45-minute head-to-toe session focused on range, recovery and nervous system reset – essential for strength and conditioning in Al Quoz and beyond.

Early starts from 5:30am on selected weekdays make it ideal for pre-work routines, with evening sessions available for those who prefer training later in the day.

The changing rooms

The attention to detail carries through. Grey, minimalist changing rooms with a premium feel. Enjoy Dyson hair tools, backlit mirrors, and GYMSKIN products. Four showers in both changing rooms means there’s enough space to reset before heading to work or straight into evening plans.
