The Role

We are looking for a strategic, energetic and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to grow and manage our partnerships in Singapore. As Singapore Partnership Manager, you will, with the Head of Partnerships Singapore, establish the product offering in the country, execute efficient daily operations, acquire and manage the partner portfolio, making Privilee’s offering the strongest in the market. 

The ideal person is well versed within the hotel, fitness and wellness industry and combines a strategic mindset with commercial and operational drive, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about building long-term, genuine relationships with partners that add value to Privilee, our members and our partners themselves. The role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Management: acquire new partners, build and manage relationships, oversee operations and negotiate outcomes that benefit both parties. Ensure Privilee is fully represented across all desirable areas of the city.
  • Commercial Opportunities: Explore new ways to drive value and strengthen relationships through creative, commercially sound solutions that benefit both Privilee and the partner. 
  • Strategic Market Insights: evaluate industry trends and competitor activity to identify key growth areas and ensure we have a stronger product offering than all players in the lifestyle and wellness space.
  • Oversee Daily Operations at Key Partners: Ensure smooth day to day operations, providing continuous support to partners.  Maintain close collaboration and share ongoing feedback with partners, the Singapore team and HQ.
  • Reporting & Data Assessment: Continuously monitor, track and analyse partnership performance to ensure sustainable

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships with a track record of achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on face-to-face interactions.
  • Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes in a variety of scenarios.
  • Proven experience in successfully handling diverse personality types in negotiations and partnership management.
  • Ability to problem solve independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet during face-to-face negotiations.
