Privilee is a proud team of a multi-award winning lifestyle membership that grants our members complimentary access to a beautiful selection of hotel, beach club and fitness partners. 

In just 10 years, Privilee has grown from five people and six partners in the UAE to 325+ partners and 85+ team members across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman - with Singapore launching soon in Q1 2026.  We are soon to reach 3 years of operation in Qatar and with a growing portfolio, we need to continue strengthening the team to support it too! 

The Role

We are seeking an energetic, tenacious negotiator and a positive team player with a strong commercial mindset to join our team in Qatar. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy tackling challenges head-on, and believe in building genuine connections, then you are the perfect fit for us.

As our Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our portfolio of hotel, beach club, fitness and dining partnerships. You will be responsible for opening new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and driving value through a clear strategic vision and commercially sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess the designated area landscape

  • Own the Qatar market together with the team. Be our eyes and ears on the ground and deliver the insights HQ needs to support the growth and success of the region.
  • Analyse fitness and lifestyle behaviours across both local and expat communities and use these insights to refine and grow our product.
  • To identify opportunities to expand our portfolio of partners that align with long-term strategic goals
  • Stay well-informed on all area developments and trends, and proactively respond to them with commercially sound solutions
  • Provide comprehensive and relevant insights continuously that contribute to business growth
  • Assess market and competitor movements
  • Regularly analyze and share insights on competitors including their partnerships and activities

Manage and strengthen key partnerships

  • Cultivate and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure retention and growth
  • Explore opportunities to drive more value and improve relationships through out-of-the-box solutions that make business sense.

Oversee daily operations at key partners

  • Ensure we run smooth operations and support partners at all times
  • Share operational insight reports on a regular basis with the Regional Manager

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships with a track record of achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on face-to-face interactions.
  • Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills with a track record of achieving favourable outcomes in a variety of scenarios.
  • Proven experience in successfully handling diverse personality types in negotiations and partnership management.
  • Ability to problem solve independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet during face-to-face negotiations.
