We’re seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and detail-oriented Partnership Operations Specialist to join our team.

The Role

The Partnership Operations Specialist would be the most reliable source of the Partnership team when it comes to agreements, processes and documents. An analytical and detail-oriented person that ensures not only the accuracy but also the quality of all the team’s resources (i.e. agreements, documents, processes, etc). This role is fundamental to the operations of the Partnership team, enabling them to get and maintain the amazing partners we have within the Privilee network.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Agreements: responsible for the accuracy of the legal agreements with all our partners, ensuring they are accurate, follow our formal standards and properly stored and safe.
  • Team Processes: responsible for developing and implementing processes to optimize internal partnership operations across multiple countries.
  • Internal Resources: responsible for thoroughly managing internal team resources, including document templates and Notion pages.
  • Team Support: supporting the team by assisting with partnership queries, training on processes, and helping with operational issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar.
  • A High School Diploma is preferred, along with relevant education in administration.
  • Knowledge of Google products (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Notion is valued.
