The Role
We are seeking an energetic, tenacious negotiator and a positive team player to join our team in Kuwait. As our Kuwait Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and managing our portfolio of hotel, beach club and fitness partnerships, opening new doors, and elevating our existing network. Collaboration is at the forefront of everything we do, both internally and externally, and the perfect Area Partnership Manager would be one passionate for building and nurturing genuine connections.
The role will be based in Kuwait, reporting into our Regional Partnership Manager. Our teams across other countries join us in Dubai throughout the year for trainings, quarterly reviews and company celebrations, as Privilee’s culture is rooted in collaboration, transparency and building genuine connections.

Responsibilities
- Acquire Partners: strengthen portfolio by acquiring partners aligned with Privilee’s brand, vision and strategic plan. Monitor and assess the designated area landscape to identify opportunities to expand our portfolio of partners.
- Add Value to Partners: cultivate and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure retention and growth, while exploring opportunities to drive more value and improve relationships.
- Manage Partnerships: oversee daily operations at partners, ensuring we run smooth operations and support partners at all times.
- Market Knowledge: stay well-informed on all area developments and trends, proactively responding to them. Provide comprehensive and relevant insights continuously that contribute to business growth and assess market and competitor movements, including their partnerships and activities

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships with a track record of achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on face-to-face interactions.
- Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in successfully handling diverse personality types in negotiations and partnership management.
- Ability to problem solve independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes in a variety of scenarios.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet during face-to-face negotiations.
