Just like planning your visit in advance, checking out of a venue when you leave is an important part of the Privilee experience. It helps everything run smoothly for you, for our partners, and for the rest of the community.

We want every Privilee day to feel effortless, so you can focus on spending time in the places you love, from poolside afternoons to long lunches and your favourite workouts.
Checking out when you leave means your spot can be offered to another Member. If a venue reaches capacity, we rely on this to make sure more people can enjoy their day, because no one wants to miss out on those moments.

Checking in and out also helps our partners manage capacity and understand who’s on site, so they can deliver the best possible experience for everyone.
What happens if I don’t check out?
Once you’re at the venue, you’ll receive two gentle reminders (push notifications) to check out a couple of hours into your day. If you still haven’t checked out, the system will automatically check you out at midnight, which might mean another Member missed the chance to visit. Our team will follow up to see if there were any issues with the app and to make sure everything is working as it should.

When you’re ready to head home, we’ve made a few changes to make ending your visit effortless:
