Annual Privilee members can use their complimentary waterpark visits at Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark, LEGOLAND® Water Park Dubai and Wild Wadi Waterpark™.
You get two visits per annual membership year, shared across the three participating parks. Each visit includes entry for one adult and one child.
Use both visits at the same park or split them between two. Adding Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark gives you another place to use your existing visits.
The two complimentary visits are an annual membership benefit.
There are also waterparks and splash parks included through participating resorts across all membership plans. These include Jungle Bay, Just Splash, Jungle Float and Pirate Boat Aqua Zone.

Yes. Contact the Privilee team by WhatsApp or email to discuss upgrading and adding waterpark visits to your membership.
Each complimentary visit includes one adult and one child.
At Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark, children under three enter free. At Wild Wadi Waterpark and LEGOLAND Water Park Dubai, children aged three and under enter free.
Additional children can join at the applicable guest rates. Check your Privilee app for the details before visiting.
At Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark, extra guests pay AED 160 for adults and children 107cm and over, or AED 130 for children under 107cm. Children under three enter free.
At LEGOLAND Water Park Dubai, you get 40% off park-gate admission rates for up to four guests.
At Wild Wadi Waterpark, you get 50% off park-gate admission rates for up to four guests when the park is open.
A Guest Pass does not include the annual membership waterpark benefit. Extra guests can join you using the relevant paid entry rates.
Your complimentary allowance is limited to two visits per annual membership year.
The existing benefits include discounted paid entry for members at Wild Wadi and LEGOLAND. Check your Privilee app for the applicable rates and conditions.

Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark requires booking on public holidays through “Plan a visit”. Follow the app’s instructions for other dates and venues.
Individual rides and attractions have their own requirements. Check these before visiting, particularly if you’re bringing younger children.
Guest ticket categories and ride eligibility are separate, so a child’s admission ticket does not mean they can use every attraction.
Your allowance resets to two visits when your annual membership renews. Unused visits do not carry over into the next membership year.
LEGOLAND Water Park Dubai is closed on Wednesdays.
Monday to Sunday 10am-6pm.
For Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark and any changes to opening days, check the app before setting off.
Towels and lockers are not listed as complimentary benefits. Check your chosen park’s information in the Privilee app for availability and charges.
Your access covers the waterpark only. Hotel facilities and cabanas are excluded.
At Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark, you get 15% off dining at La Palma for yourself and up to five guests.
At LEGOLAND Water Park Dubai, you get 10% off dining at participating outlets for yourself and up to five guests.
At Wild Wadi Waterpark, you get 15% off dining at participating outlets for yourself and up to five guests when the park is open.
