Spacious gym

AB Fitness is a warehouse-style gym, you’ll find high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, lots of mirrors and natural sunlight. The bright environment is great motivation when you’re working out!

Due to the size of AB Fitness, all of the strength and cardio machines are spaced well apart, so it never feels crowded, and there is plenty of room for everyone.

Impressive equipment

Train using a wide variety of Technogym cardio and strength machines, alongside an incredible range of free-weight equipment, such as kettlebells, dumbbells and medicine balls.

AB Fitness also has an area for TRX training, and an indoor 120-metre running track - this gym really does cater to all fitness interests!

If you enjoy functional training, there are assault bikes, rowing machines, plyo boxes and skill mills available for you to train with.

Group Fitness Classes

Privilee Members will be able to attend 2 complimentary fitness classes per week at AB Fitness. The group fitness programme includes classes such as boxing, spinning and yoga.

Take in stunning views as you get some laps in at the 25-metre swimming pool at AB Fitness. The pool is L-shaped and also has sun loungers surrounding it, so if you want to relax post-workout - this is a great spot for some downtime post training session! AB Fitness pool is open daily 6am - 10pm.
