Monday: Boxica, Dubai Studio City
I kick off my week at Boxica with a Boxing and Full Body class. The energy, lights, and electrifying music really get me in the zone, leaving me pumped and ready to tackle the week ahead.

Tuesday: Yoga Ashram, Dubai Marina
Tuesday mornings are my time for a reset. I love heading to Yoga Ashram for an early Vinyasa session. It not only boosts my mood but also helps me build strength, flexibility, and mindful breathing to set a positive tone for the day.

Wednesday: Just Padel, Kite Beach
Midweek calls for a twist! After work, I join my colleagues for a game at Just Padel. This friendly, competitive activity at Kite Beach is the perfect way to shake off the midweek slump and add a competitive edge to my routine.

Thursday: Lucky Punch, Box Park, Jumeirah
Thursday is all about feeling the vibe at Lucky Punch. Their Total Body Boxing class in Box Park has an immersive workout experience that makes me feel strong and empowered. It’s an energetic escape that I look forward to.

Friday: Level Up Gyms, Dubai Production City
On Friday, I like to end the workweek with a gym session at Level Up Gyms. The gym here is amazing and has everything I need for strength and cardio sessions. From dumbbells and kettlebells to sleds and assault bikes, I can mix up every workout here to make sure I end the week on a high!

Saturday: Drop10, City Walk
Saturday mornings are my power hour at Drop10. I jump into their signature 35-minute Full Body CHALLENGE, which is as efficient as it is effective. It’s the perfect way to start my weekend feeling strong and unstoppable.

Sunday: Sauna at Hyde Hotel, Business Bay
Finally, I wrap up my week with some much-needed recovery in the sauna at Hyde Hotel. This quiet, calm session helps my muscles relax and recover, ensuring I’m refreshed and ready for the new week ahead.
