At UN1T, every session is designed to drive progress. The studio follows a structured 12-week cycle, broken into three focused phases:
Hypertrophy (4 weeks) – Build lean muscle
Strength (4 weeks) – Increase maximum strength
Power (4 weeks) – Improve speed and explosiveness
Don’t worry, anyone can join on any given day and at any point throughout the training cycle. Every workout is programmed by expert coaches to help you move better, lift stronger, and perform at your best. You’ll progress week on week – and feel the results.

Lift heavy, move well. Sessions focus on compound lifts (think squats, deadlifts, presses) and refining techniques.
Conditioning

The best of both. Combine strength and conditioning for all-around fitness and performance.
Mobility
Sessions designed to aid recovery, improve flexibility, and support overall movement quality.
HYROX
Functional strength and endurance sessions designed to prep for race day. Expect running intervals, functional movements, and event-specific training.
