PERFORM
If you’re focused on building strength, PERFORM is where you want to be. This class is all about progressive overload—helping you increase the weight you can lift over time. With lower reps and longer rest, you’ll build muscle, boost metabolism, and enhance overall fitness. Become the strongest version of yourself with every session.
SWEAT
The perfect pairing to your strength days, SWEAT classes are cardiovascular-conditioning that will leave you feeling fitter and powerful, broken down into three types of workouts:
SPRINT: Fast-paced intervals for maximum intensity.
ENGINE: A slower pace for sustained endurance.
TEAM: Group-based workouts to hit collective fitness goals.
SWEAT will take your endurance to the next level while keeping your workouts exciting and challenging.
HYROX
Get race-ready or simply improve your overall fitness with this high-energy 90-minute HYROX training class, blending endurance-building with functional exercises. Push yourself at his motivating group session where you can run and practice the eight HYROX functional exercises.
