What to expect
NorthFit runs up to seven classes daily – starting from 5:30am on weekdays and wrapping by early evening, so there’s always something to fit your schedule. Classes are built around functional training foundations, including:
NORTHFIT (Mixed + Ladies-only)
Functional training with purpose. Each session blends strength, cardio, and conditioning in a stripped-back, high-energy format. Expect barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight work, and smart programming that challenges all levels. The pace is strong, the results are real, and the community brings the consistency.
NORTHFIT ENDURANCE (Mixed + Ladies-only)
Lighter weights. Longer intervals. More cardio. NorthFit Endurance focuses on stamina, speed, and building aerobic capacity through high-paced, functional movement. Ideal for those looking to increase endurance with supportive coaching and a strong group dynamic.
MAXOUT (Mixed)
Endurance training, done in pairs. MAXOUT combines functional movement, cardio, and lighter weights for longer sessions built around teamwork. High intensity, shared reps, and smart programming create a strong balance of output and accountability.
FIT & FLEX (Ladies-only)
A full-body focus on strength, tone, and flexibility. Fit & Flex combines controlled functional movement with strength training and mobility work. Expect targeted exercises that support posture, build core strength, and create lean muscle definition in a structured, motivating environment. +
Each session is programmed to push you, led by coaches who are former athletes themselves, so expect structure, energy, and the kind of motivation that comes from people who know performance inside out.
Prefer a more private setup? There’s also dedicated ladies-only timings, with classes designed for women and a more intimate environment. Or if you’re doing your own thing, you can train solo in the open gym.
