Privilee Members enjoy one complimentary class per week.

Functional workouts

With workouts designed for everyone, welcoming all fitness levels, no two days are the same here. F45 Training is a high-intensity, interval-based group training concept that combines functional movements in a 45-minute, circuit-style class. From cardio and strength to resistance training, there are over 5,000+ dynamic, energy-packed movements and over 80 workouts offered. Hybrid

An intense blend of cardio and resistance training designed to push your strength and endurance to their limits. This dynamic class will challenge you from every angle, helping you unlock your full potential.

Strength

Cardio

Classes to try

We got in early for a taste of what to expect on the schedule, and here’s what to expect:

Romans: Classic resistance-based training with a focus on muscle-building and form.

Spartan: Channel your inner warrior in this race-inspired challenge. Blending elements of Spartan and Deka, this workout pushes your strength, endurance, and grit.

Medusa:  Medusa is a high-volume, resistance-based endurance workout designed to test your limits. Challenge your strength and push your rep count to the max.

Foxtrot: Foxtrot is a fast-paced cardio workout that boosts aerobic fitness and endurance through constantly changing work-to-rest ratios and a strong focus on agility.

Duo: Each station includes two movements‚ one upper body and one lower body. You choose the exercise that best suits your goals and pushes your strength further. Switch it up, step it up.

MVP: MVP is a fixed-equipment cardio session with a twist on the second lap; the even-numbered stations change, but you’ll still be using the same equipment.

Miami Nights: Miami Nights is a functional workout that challenges all areas of fitness. Pod one focuses on functional cardio, pod two targets resistance training, and pod three is all about bodyweight exercises.
