Insider Tips: How The Privilee Team Have Been Privilee’ing: Jorge’s Picks

Where I’ve been Privilee’ing this month

I’m Jorge – a Full-Stack Engineer at Privilee. One of the best things about working for Privilee is that I get to live the lifestyle we’re all about. This month, I’ve been making the most of my membership, and I’m going to share a few of my favourite spots with you.

This year, I want to explore more venues and make the most of my membership

Sofitel Dubai The Palm

The gym at Sofitel Dubai The Palm has been my go-to lately. It’s got everything I need for my workouts – from top-of-the-line equipment to plenty of space to get in the zone. When I’m not in the gym, I’ve been spending time on the tennis courts. I love how I can mix things up and keep my fitness routine fresh while making the most of the amazing facilities on offer here.

Two Birds One Stone, Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai

With winter here, I’ve been making sure I get to enjoy al fresco lunches, and this rooftop spot has become a top pick for me. Two Birds One Stone is a bit of a hidden gem on the 54th floor of Sheraton Grand Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. The vibe is so chilled, it’s perfect for catching up with friends or just soaking in the great weather over some seriously good food, with 20% off as a Privilee Member!

Two Bird One Stone is inspired by Bondi in Australia, with a menu full of fresh fish, salads, and pasta. When you go, make sure to order the Hand Cut Fettucini, Prawns, Cauliflower, and Pangrattato.

Asia Asia Palm Jumeirah

This one’s quickly become a new spot for my wife and me. Asia Asia on Palm Jumeirah is ideal for sundowners followed by dinner – the views, the atmosphere, and the food are all next level. The 20% savings with Privilee is a bonus too! If you’re looking for a restaurant that’s perfect for date night, you’ve got to check it out. Our favourite dish is the Spider Maki - featuring soft shell crab, bluefin tuna, spicy mayo, tobiko, not to be missed.

Final Round

As it’s January, I’ve been prioritising fitness, and Final Round on Al Wasl Road has been a highlight so far. I’m trying out new studios this month to keep things interesting, and this one’s been great for pushing myself in different ways. The 30-minute kickboxing workouts are intense, efficient, and never get boring – amazing for fitting into a busy schedule while still getting results. If you’re looking to step up your training or mix up your workouts, give it a try.

The LoLo House

I occasionally work remotely when I need to focus on deep work. Finding the right spot is important and The LoLo House is a winner! It’s got a relaxed atmosphere and there are often a few others working too. The freshly baked pastries (15% off with Privilee!) have been keeping me fueled - it's another reason I go! This spot in Al Quoz become one of my most visited places to work when I need a change of scenery.

That’s what my month with Privilee has looked like – a mix of fitness, food, and time well spent. If you’re looking for inspiration on where to go next, I hope these spots have sparked some ideas.
