In 2025, my focus is all about well-being— I want to feel my best!
Fitness classes
To keep my routine fresh and exciting, I’m diving into group fitness sessions. One of my first stops? Spartans Boxing Clubs in Jumeirah Lake Towers. There’s something about the energy of a class that keeps me motivated and pushes me to work harder. Plus, boxing is an incredible workout—perfect for building strength and releasing stress.
Mindful movement
Flexibility and mindfulness are at the top of my list this year. Yoga at Samsara Yoga Tribe offers a perfect blend of stretching, balance, and focus. Whether it’s a calming evening flow or a challenging Vinyasa session, I’m excited to build a stronger, more flexible body while finding my zen.
New hobbies
Trying something new is my way of keeping things interesting. This year, I’ve decided to give padel a go! It’s fast-paced, fun, and perfect for socialising while staying active. My first session is this weekend at Mantra in Al Quoz, and I can’t wait to get on the court and discover a new passion.
Rest and recovery
Well-being isn’t just about staying active—it’s also about knowing when to pause. I’ve made it a priority to incorporate saunas into my routine at Hyde Hotel in Business Bay. There’s nothing like the soothing heat to help my muscles recover post-workout while giving my mind a chance to unwind. It’s become a ritual I look forward to after a challenging session.
