Members can book up to three days in advance - if you would like to join a fitness class in the morning, please ensure you have booked by 8pm the night before.
Things to note:
Arrive 15 minutes before your class begins.
If you arrive three minutes after the class starts, you will not be able to join.
Privilee Members joining a boxing or strength class are required to check in at the café.
Privilee Members joining a spin class should check in at the spin studio.
