Where can Privilee Guest Passes be used?
Guest passes can be used at all Privilee venues, excluding the following:
Guest passes work the same way as your Privilee membership: your guest plans their visit via the app and checks in just like you do.
Who can buy Privilee Guest Passes?
Privilee Guest passes can be purchased by members with an active Privilee membership.
Who should I buy a Privilee Guest Pass for?
Guest passes are perfect for:
Friends or family visiting (think endless Privilee days in gorgeous resorts!)
Teachers, friends, or family who want to try Privilee before committing to a membership
Children: Each guest pass includes access for up to three children per family, so little ones can enjoy Privilee too.
How can the Guest Pass user plan a visit?
On the day the Guest pass is activated, bookings can be made from 12am for that same day.
For the next four days, bookings open at 8:15pm the night before and can only be made for the following day.
You’ll need to make a new booking each evening if planning multiple visits.
Are there any restrictions?
Guest passes can only be used on weekdays.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
How do I purchase Guest Passes?
Open your Privilee app and go to the ‘Me’ section.
Tap ‘Guest Passes’ → Buy.
Add your guest’s name, email, and phone number, and optionally a personal message.
Tap Continue, select a payment method, and complete your purchase.
Your guest will receive an email with instructions to activate their Guest pass and choose a start date.
How does the guest use their Guest Pass?
Download the Privilee app.
Follow the steps in the email received when you purchased the pass.
Select the activation date and add a photo.
Once set up, the guest uses the Guest pass like a normal Privilee membership.
No need for you to be present — guests can check in and enjoy the venues independently.
How many Guest Passes can I buy?
There’s no limit to how many passes you can purchase.
How will my guest know it’s a gift from me?
When purchasing a Guest pass, you can add a personal message.
Your guest will receive this message via email when the pass is sent.
Example:
If your sister and her husband are visiting with three kids:
Purchase two guest passes for the adults.
Up to three children per family are included, so no additional passes are needed.
Guests download the app, plan visits, and check in at Privilee venues. Most partners provide free WiFi for convenience.
