The Role

We’re on the lookout for an energetic, tenacious negotiator and a positive team player who is based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy tackling challenges head-on, and believe in building genuine connections, then you are the perfect fit for us. 

As our Area Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our portfolio of hotel, beach club and fitness partnerships, opening new doors, and elevating our existing network. At Privilee, collaboration and openness aren’t just buzzwords; they’re the essence of our culture.

Monitor and assess the designated area landscape

  • To identify opportunities to expand our portfolio of partners
  • Stay well-informed on all area developments and trends, and proactively respond to them.
  • Provide comprehensive and relevant insights continuously that contribute to business growth
  • Assess market and competitor movements
  • Regularly analyze and share insights on competitors including their partnerships and activities 

Manage and strengthen key partnerships

  • Cultivate and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure retention and growth
  • Explore opportunities to drive more value and improve relationships

Oversee daily operations at key partners 

  • Ensure we run smooth operations and support partners at all times 
  • Share operational insight reports on a regular basis with the Regional Manager

  • Bachelor's degree 


  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships with a track record of achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on face-to-face interactions.
  • Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Skills and competencies

  • Proven experience in successfully handling diverse personality types in negotiations and partnership management.
  • Ability to problem solve independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes in a variety of scenarios.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet during face-to-face negotiations.
