Membership Executive (Arabic speaker)
As Membership Executive, you will play a pivotal role by enhancing Privilee’s membership experience. The ideal candidate should have a persuasive personality with the ability to win the trust of potential new members through their professionalism and friendly nature. A proven track record of sales is essential for this role in addition to being a great listener and most importantly, an exceptional closer.
Role objectives
- To explain all the benefits of a Privilee membership to prospective members and convert them into new members
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members through various channels including phone, email, WA and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Handle a high number of queries via incoming calls, emails, WhatsApps and chat platforms
- Drive sales by actively following up, upselling and converting leads into members
- Excite customers with recommendations and how to best utilise their membership
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree
- Independent and self-motivated
- Reliable, confident, resilient and organised
- A proactive and positive team player
- 3+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Weekend work will be included (two consecutive days off every week
