Partnership Manager - Qatar
Offering more than any other membership in the region, we are proud to have established Privilee as the leading fitness and lifestyle membership within the UAE. With the launch of Qatar in January 2023 and even wider expansion plans for Q1, we need a strong and independent Partnership Manager who can help develop Privilee’s product offering in our newest region.
Summary
As Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role by enhancing Privilee’s product offering, the brand and business as a whole. You will be responsible for both new and existing partner relationships. The ideal person should be enthusiastic, energetic, a people person and possess strong negotiation skills. The role consists of managing and retaining partnership accounts, building strong relationships and liaising with senior management both internally and externally. To be successful in this role you need to thrive under challenging situations, have the ability to multi-task and take ownership of a large portfolio of partners.

- Have a data-driven mindset with the ability to present data confidently
- Be proactive, structured and organised
- Have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience and/or degree level qualification
- Be a native English speaker
Role objectives
- Develop Privilee’s presence in Qatar as our newest region
- Identify new partners and opportunities that will enhance Privilee’s offering
- Propose, negotiate and renew contracts on optimal terms that is viable for both parties
- Collaborate with senior management and other teams to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Train and support partners with all aspects of the partnership
- Feedback to the business about concerns, complaints and ideas from partners
- The ideal person could have experience from account management, sales or heavily integrated relationship building roles.
